Pumpkin Coffee Cake there is nothing like it.  I first had it last year at my friend’s place.  She asked me if I wanted a piece of this Pumpkin Coffee Cake and I said “WHAT”.  I never heard of it before.  So I decided to give it a shot.  It was that delicious I had to have another piece.  If you’re a coffee drinker, you will love this with your cup of coffee.  I liked this cake so much I decided to attempt it myself.  I grabbed all my ingredients, trying to attempt this amazing tasting cake I had last year.  Well it turned out great.  My daughter was the first one to try it, and she loved it.  This Pumpkin Cake is a must for trying new food out.  We decided this cake is going to be a yearly thing at Thanksgiving dinner.  I’m even going to invite the In Laws this year.  LOL.  Have fun and keep baking.  Here is the recipe I used to make this amazing tasting cake.

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cups Water
  • 1 can purred Pumpkin (15 Oz)
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix (18 Ounce Box)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, Divided
  • ½ cups Flour
  • ⅓ cups Walnuts, Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • ¼ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
